Accountabilities:

• Developing marketing strategies & programs executing objectives in the area of education , employment and entrepreneurship for Kochar Foundation program.
• Responsible for designing self funding business model for social venture /understanding business and technology scenario , needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings for running call centers for disabled.
• Building strategy to hire people for Abhay foundation and documenting the channel strategy to achieve KocharTech objective for hiring Differently abled people understanding govt subsidies and schemes.
• Creating process flows for Abhay foundation entrepreneurship programs, upskilling Differently abled people and organizing various activities associated with foundation program.

• Interested and excited about the societal platform thinking.
• Good understanding of prevailing and modern technologies.

Having 1+ years of relevant work experience in social ventures/NGOs will be preferred.
