Accountabilities:
- Re-engineer and implement CRM workflows for including the vendor onboarding and management tools.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Have acumen to guide our goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies.
- Redefine the UI/UX and execution of the existing workflows which needs improvements.
- Provide us with strategic insights about industry CRM tools and how we can incorporate some best practices to improve our workflows.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.
- Understanding of customers’ needs and aspirations deeply and you are a customer champion.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to understand and talk technology; Passionate about technology – pro activeness in developing understanding of various applications of technology; have used technology to solve business problems.
- Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which deliver world-class user experience.
- A deep understanding of consumer behaviour which will support product delivery from concept to implementation.
- A track record of BE/ BTech in Computer Science or an equivalent acknowledgement of your academic accomplishments.
- Candidate having 1+ years of relevant work experience in CRM tools will be preferred.
