Manager - Talent acquisition
- Accountable for bulk hiring for the site (ITES division).
- Meeting the manpower requirement on time.
- To develop a database based on the pipeline & create a feeder pool of resources for all open positions including new and replacement positions by working closely with the Operations management and the Transitions management team.
- To manage a team of recruitment professionals.
- Be responsible for Online and Offline activity of the recruitment team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Pleasing personality with good communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Must carry experience in bulk hiring.
- Excellent leadership & motivational Skills.
- Must carry bulk hiring experience in BPO industry.
- Should be target driven.
- Should be able to drive multiple channels for meeting hiring numbers with check on CPH at the same time.
