Job Description:

Managing customer interactions (using Phone/Chat), by providing accurate information, taking requests or addressing complaints raised by the end customer to the end customers using established Standard Operating Procedures

Manage customers’ cases in accordance with the case management processes defined by client

Ensure customers have a delightful experience while interacting

Ensure adherence to schedule of work agreed to enable customer satisfaction


Desired Candidate Profile:

Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline or Diploma Holder

1-3 year’s work experience (Preferred customer services experience)

Good typing skills

Should be comfortable working in any shift

Must be fluent in English communication & written Skills
