Job Description:
  • Managing entire infrastructure and facilities pan India for the the organization.
  • Management of the safety and security along with the Admin functions of all locations.
  • Administration Budgeting to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Managing Admin team of all locations remotely.
  • Ensuring timely and effective solution of all Admin related issues.
  • Asset Management.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Liasoning with Govt. authorities.
  • Documentation for SOP’s and policies across locations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Should be able to handle external affairs and organization vendors.
  • Prior experience in defence services shall be preferred (preferably Short Service Commission).
  • Graduation or higher studies in IT, Electrical, Electronics , Mechanical and Aeronautics will be preferred.
  • Should be mature enough to handle work with minimal supervision.
  • Should be open to travel PAN India for Site visit.
